Stonecutter Spirits is nestled in historic Middlebury, Vermont - the iconic name derived from the masons and stone crafters that called this corner of New England home in the 1800s. In our barrel room we draw on many practices from around the world, pushing the boundaries of what defines whiskey and gin. We are committed to growing a family company; every barrel of whiskey and bourbon we age for four, seven, or ten years is our promise to stay and grow in the place that we call home.
