Decades ago, we set out to make something special with the remarkable abundance of nature in Vermont. Today, we use the same handcrafted processes we used back then. Our core mission is to make Vermont in a bottle, because we believe every sip should be an experience.
By sourcing our ingredients locally our bourbons, vodkas, and gins reflect the organic quality of products made here in Vermont. We produce distill, blend and bottle our spirits in Quechee. We source our maple from our neighbors just up the road. We handpick juniper berries during harvest season in northern Vermont.
We are Vermont’s oldest craft distillery. Our award-winning brands reflect the natural resources around us. Vermont Gold Vodka begins with pure maple sap which is fermented to preserve the unique characteristics of its sugars and blended with Vermont distilled water. The result is an exceptionally clean vodka. No 14 Bourbon is aged and blended to produce an incredibly smooth spirit. We finish our bourbon with a touch of pure Vermont maple to bring out the subtle notes of cherry vanilla and oakey spice. Coppers Gins is a wonderful expression of three gins curated with a blend of botanicals and local juniper.
